NAISDA Industry Placement
OTYP has a strong commitment to supporting emerging artists so they can build a career working in regional and remote settings.
Through a newly established partnership with NAISDA Dance College we hosted four Advance Diploma Practicing Artists – Erica Dixon, Joshua Doctor, Tayla Jackson and Harlisha Newie-Joe in a week long Industry Placement.
Supported by Mentor & Moogahlin Performing Arts Artistic Director Lily Shearer, the team connected with community, visited important cultural sites and delivered dance workshops in Bourke, Lightning Ridge and Walgett.
